Representing the Global Library Community

The International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award is presented to the winning author each year at a gala dinner in Dublin, during "Bloomstime", the annual celebration of James Joyce's classic novel Ulysses.

In recognition of the role of libraries in the Award, a participating library is selected at random each year and given the opportunity to send a representative to the Award Dinner in Dublin, courtesy of IMPAC.
