ABOUT
THE BOOK
|
| Thrust into early marriage and parenthood by a mid-school pregnancy, Obanjo and Nyakane must stifle their passions and ambitions to honour their social obligations. When each begins the journey into self-search and discovery, huge gaps are found in their lives which must be filled - sometimes to the detriment of one another. The Missing Links addresses the tensions between rural and urban, the conflict between affluence and squalor and the dilemma between reality and superstition. |
